A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before we take flight.
Where do you work?
RonCho Aerial Media is based in Arlington and serves Dallas–Fort Worth, including Grand Prairie, Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, and Mansfield. Share your project’s location so we can confirm coverage and any travel considerations.
How do I book, and when will I get my media?
Start with the inquiry builder or call 214-444-9214. We’ll agree on the scope, price, and delivery schedule and send your agreement and Shoot Confirmation. Your date is confirmed in writing after the Shoot Confirmation is signed and the deposit is received.
Your Shoot Confirmation lists the final files and target delivery date. The remaining balance is due after the shoot and before the final downloadable files are released.
How much is the booking deposit?
Starter and Standard require a 50% deposit credited toward the total. For Starter at $125, the deposit is $62.50 and the balance is $62.50. For Standard at $250, the deposit is $125 and the balance is $125. Custom payment terms are listed in your Shoot Confirmation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Send notice by email or text to the booking contact on your Shoot Confirmation. With at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled start, we refund your deposit unless we agree to move it to a new date.
For a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show, the Starter cancellation charge is up to $31.25 and the Standard charge is up to $62.50. We refund the rest of the deposit. A move to a new date within that window requires written agreement. Custom shoots follow the cancellation terms in the agreement and Shoot Confirmation.
What if I arrive late?
The session still ends at the scheduled time. Extra time depends on availability, and we’ll agree on the price in writing before extending the session.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
The remote pilot makes the final decision about whether to fly. If weather, airspace restrictions, or site hazards prevent the shoot, we offer to reschedule at no extra charge and move your deposit to the new date. If the shoot has not started and we cannot agree on a new date, we refund the deposit. The agreement covers options for an interrupted shoot.
Can I customize a package?
Yes. For multiple locations, recurring construction updates, or a longer video, choose Custom and describe the deliverables you have in mind. We’ll agree on the scope and price before booking.
